  • More Boost invites

    Thanks to those of you who tried Boost and especially everyone who left feedback for us.  We take your input seriously, and you have probably noticed we are rapidly changing things and adding features.  If you're interested, we could use more beta testers again to collect feedback over the weekend.  So, let us know and we'll add you in.


    On a side note, I've been spending too much time at work with Boost. How do I know?   Because a few minutes ago, on my way home, I headed to the completley wrong floor in my apartment complex.  Which floor?  Yeah, the one with the same number as the Xanga offices...


    UPDATE: As I write this, Matt's currently inviting everyone who requested to try stuff out a couple days back.  Sooooo go check it out when you get a chance.

  • heh.. thanks for what you have been doing w/ boost. not to bash the ratings system or anything, i have to say boost it's probably the best function xanga has added to the system in the past several months

  • First, this is really cool. Second, for some reason I can't seem to load up the boost page at my home computer, even though I was invited. On my work computer (which is faster), I'm fine, but on my home computer the page never loads up completely. - Pete.

  • Pete - you may want to try clearing your browser cache.  maybe it's mixing and matching old & new versions of boost by accident since we update stuff frequently.  if you have a browser other than IE, Firefox, or Safari, then you're in totally uncharted territory since we haven't tested anything else.  let me know if you figure it out.

    The boost idea is seriously awesome..But what if people vote for entries just because the person who wrote the entry was their friend? Are there safeguards in place for that?

    If you need another beta tester, I'd love to try out boost.
