  • Boost announcements

    New updates:



    Hey everybody, we just unlocked the Xanga Boost beta.  Invitations are no longer required to check it out.  This is the point where we really need to start getting some consistent usage.


    Remember, until we integrate Boost with the rest of Xanga, we're relying on you to use the manual paste-a-URL Nomination process.  Thanks again for helping us test Boost.

  • I'm lost... evidence I'm getting old me thinks... I've boosted stff that wasn't even there

  • Wasn't even there?  Note that when you boost things, they will not immediately show up on the "Today" page, they have to kind of simmer for a while...

    P.S. Due to a configuration mismatch, a lot of people will get "Service Unavailable" when they browse to the site.  It'll be fixed soon, sorry about that.

  • Okay I have played with the boost thing all day, it's frustrating to me. I have some good ideas on my site if your interested I don't like that we have to agree with other members, that makes no sense. I am not going to like a teen site, if they were sites in catagries it would be much easier..
